With this new touring experience, you are invited into the heart of the Cognac terroir. You will explore the Borderies cru, starting from the Gallienne Distillery. Along this walk, you get an original perspective on the vineyard : you learn about sustainable viticulture and the art of cognac-making, while enjoying views of the Charentais landscape.

From its creation by Jean Martell in 1715 up to the present day, travel through time to discover the history and philosophy of Maison Martell, as well as the foundations of its success. You will encounter the array of artisanal skills that contribute to the elaboration of Martell cognacs and their worldwide reputation for excellence. In particular, you will discover the Martell art of blending, a precious legacy transmitted from one Cellar Master to the next through nine generations. This savoir-faire has its roots in the terroir and in the quality of the House’s carefully nurtured vineyard. Your complete exploration of the Martell universe will culminate in a tasting of Martell VSOP and Martell Blue Swift at the Martell boutique.

A guided tour that takes you to the heart of Maison Martell's 300-year heritage of savoir-faire. After discovering the fascinating world of cognac and how it is made, step into the authentic atmosphere of a cellar that is generally closed to the public. You will be welcomed by a Martell Ambassador, who will guide you through the process of bottling your own montre (20 cl sampling bottle). Continue with a tasting of Martell Noblige, first neat to appreciate its intense gourmet notes, then in a cocktail at the Indigo by Martell bar. You will leave with the personalised bottle you filled during the workshop.
